Course and Training
|

Ensuring the training facilities and utilities are in good condition and ready for use one (1) bafore the course starts.

Ensuring participant registration on the day of the course is conducted 45 minutes before the course begin.

Ensuring the confirmation of course registration is communicated to participants within three (3) working days after the application is submitted.

Ensuring NIOSHS Safety Passport cards for scheduled course are issued within one (1) working day from the date of assessment.

Ensuring attendance of participants certificates for scheduled course are issued to participants on the last day of the course.
- Ensuring attendance of participation certificates for in-house courses are issued to participation within two (2) weeks from the course date.

Consultancy
|

Ensuring the quotation is given to clients within three (3) workingdays after the discussion took place.

Ensuring the final report is delivered to clients by thirty (30) days at the latest, after negotiations were completed.
- Ensuring the result certificate of laboratary analysis is issued within fifteen (15) days from receipt of the sample.

Examination and Certification
|
- Ensuring the examination results are are announced within four (4) weeks from the date of examination.

Enquiries and Complaints |
- Ensuring that each complaint by client is responded within eight (8) working hours.
- Ensuring that the investigation on each complaint is completed and the result are communicated to the client within five(5) working days.
- Ensuring that each inquiry sent by client via email will be responded within (8) working hours.
